Rental Conditions for Foteini Residence

Thank you for choosing Foteini Residence for your stay on Kalymnos Island. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review the following rental conditions:

Reservation and Payment:

• To secure your reservation, a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance is due upon check-in.
• We accept payments via bank transfer, cash upon arrival, or credit card.

Check-In/Check-Out:

• Check-in: Between 13:00 and 00:00. Please inform the property in advance of your expected arrival time.
• Check-out: From 05:30 to 12:00.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date will forfeit the deposit.

Occupancy:

• The maximum occupancy for each apartment is specified based on the unit booked.
• Additional guests may be accommodated upon request and may be subject to additional charges.

Pets:

• Pets are not permitted on the premises.

Smoking Policy:

• Foteini Residence is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments and common areas.

Damages and Losses:

• Guests are responsible for any damages or losses incurred during their stay.
• A security deposit may be required upon check-in, refundable upon inspection of the apartment at check-out.

Amenities:

• All apartments are fully equipped with essential amenities. Please review the amenities section on the rooms page for detailed information.
• Additional amenities, such as baby cots or extra beds, may be available upon request and are subject to availability.

Housekeeping:

• Daily housekeeping is included in the room rate.
• Bed linens are changed every 3 days.
• Towels are replaced as needed.

Guest Conduct:

• Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards staff and fellow guests.
• Excessive noise and disturbances will not be tolerated.
